DevelopmentLogic welcomes recent new users at the Karolinska Institutet,the Fondation Notre Dame, the Institut français des relations internationals (Ifri) and Marymount School (Paris).
- Use the "Online Help" that is built into the DevelopmentLogic
program. Launch this by clicking on the Purple Book button with the
Yellow question mark on the DevelopmentLogic Toolbar, or click Help
from the main menu, then click Contents and Index.
- You may use our Help Web Site. (You
need to have a fairly recent Browser that can run Java for this Help
System to work correctly.)
- Use the DevelopmentLogic Support Knowledge
Base. This provides a table of common support issues and errors.
- If you still can't find an answer to your question, then you may email support@DevelopmentLogic.com or call US 201 233-7450. Please provide a description of what you were doing when the error occurred and the actual error. (Note: a copy of your last error is saved in a file called "Lasterr.txt" in the Dlogic folder.) If you are not on an annual support contract, an incident charge will apply for each support case.
